Client-Centered Medical Massage Therapy

Medical massage is performed with the intent of improving diagnosed conditions or pathologies.

Integrated modalities are used to focus the treatment. Advanced disciplines such as lymphatic and neuromuscular therapies, cranial-sacral therapy, myofascial release, comfort touch and orthopedic massage are used. Deep Tissue Therapy and Reflexology are also used as needed or requested. Each session is unique and adapted to the individual to help restore structural balance, reduce or eliminate chronic pain conditions, mobilize scar tissue, relieve trigger points, and re-educate postural deviations. It can be complementary treatment in rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Massage Therapy should not have to hurt to be effective. Some individuals prefer deeper or lighter tissue work; you are encouraged to communicate with your therapist if anything is uncomfortable. An overall relaxing and revitalizing therapeutic massage with an emphasis on your areas of tension. We use a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial work. Client can request more time be spent on some areas of body (i.e. feet, back, scalp, ect.)

• Medical Massage: $60 (60mins.) - A deeply relaxing massage therapy that Includes Neuromuscular,, Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point therapy,, and PNF stretching as needed.  Full body relaxation and stress reduction with focus on any areas of past injury, pain and muscle tension conditions, joint restriction, headache, orthopedic, spinal muscular (including sciatica) and repetitive strain conditions.


• Seated Massage:
  • Stay fully clothed for a completely relaxing, revitalizing, and client-centered experience in a special ergonomically-designed chair.
  • $15 (15 mins.)
  • $20 (25 mins.)


• Foot Massage: $30 (30 mins.) - Deeply relaxing foot therapy - also good for plantar fasciitis and heel spurs - Add $5 for a warm, detox foot soak.


• Foot Reflexology: $60 (60 mins.) Based on zone and meridian theories of reflexology; specific pressure techniques applied to regions and points on foot to enhance the body’s own natural healing and homeostasis; a deeply relaxing therapy


• Swedish Massage: $50 (50 mins.) - A relaxing massage using standard techniques and pressure.


• Deep Tissue Therapy: $60 (60 mins) - A deeply relaxing therapeutic massage using client-centered deeper pressure to areas of muscle tension; also good for scar tissue and joint restriction.


• MyoFascial Therapy: $60 (60 mins.) - A superficial, but highly effective technique to relieve joint restriction (such as frozen shoulder) and other chronic pain conditions (such as fibromyalgia); Includes Tissue Unwinding.


• Hydrotherapy Facial Massage: $55 (Includes 1/2 hr. massage therapy)


• Stone Massage Therapy: $80 (75 mins.) - Uses hot or cold basalt rocks with a deeply relaxing client-centered massage therapy. (Deep Tissue, reflexology, and neuromuscular can be used with swedish techniques in a Stone Massage).


• Paraffin Hand Treatment: $45 (Includes Choice of Treatment for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, TOS, or Arthritis)
