Learn how Medical Massage can be highly effective to relieve common orthopedic, chronic pain, and stress-related conditions. “Hands-on” learning introduction to deep tissue, myofascial, trigger point and neuromuscular therapies. Q & A on the education required, state licensure, national certification, outlook for the profession; all questions welcome!

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

$90 per person - or - $170 per 2 friends

Learn introductory traditional reflexology and a deeply relaxing therapeutic foot massage. Workshop series teaches participants specific pressure techniques to regions and points on the feet which is based in zone and meridian theories for reflexology. Improve overall health and wellness; enhance the body’s natural ability to move toward homeostasis, balance. It is recommended you register with a partner, but not necessary. Bring hand sanitizer, 1 flat and 1 fitted any size sheet, 2 bath size towels, 2 hand towels, and water to drink. Participants will be required to complete a Health History Intake form.
